Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Blip It! ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Blip It! Is

Blip It! is a personal thought-capture tool that lets you record moments in 255 characters or less. The Service is operated by Leverageup Solutions and Services, registered in Singapore.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address during registration. You may not create accounts for the purpose of abusing, spamming, or disrupting the Service.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create on Blip It!. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your entries. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content back to you as part of providing the Service.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Mood Analysis

Blip It! includes an automated mood analysis feature that processes your entries locally to provide insights. This analysis is performed on our servers and is not shared with third parties. Mood analysis is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health advice.

6. Data Export & Deletion

You may export your data at any time through the Settings page. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is irreversible.

7. Encryption & Data Security

Blip It! encrypts all entries at rest using AES-256-CBC encryption. No plaintext version of your entries is stored in the database. Mood analysis metadata (labels, scores, emoji) is stored unencrypted as non-sensitive aggregate data.

While we take extensive measures to protect your data, encryption means that in the unlikely event of an encryption key loss or corruption, affected entries may become permanently unrecoverable. We strongly recommend exporting your data regularly using the Settings page.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Blip It! available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blip It! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any loss of data, including data loss resulting from encryption key issues, or damages arising from your use of the Service. We recommend exporting your data regularly.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
